STEP 1
Multi-Stage Decontamination Wash
Before we apply your protection, we strip away the "road grime" that a standard car wash misses. We use specialised, paint-safe chemicals to dissolve iron particles, brake dust, and industrial fallout that make your paint feel rough. This ensures your car is surgically clean and ready for its transformation.
STEP 2
Micro-Level Paint Exfoliation
To ensure the coating bonds perfectly to your car, we perform a mechanical "clay bar" treatment. Think of this as a deep exfoliation for your vehicle. We gently lift away microscopic bonded contaminants like tree sap and tar, leaving a surface so smooth it looks like glass.
STEP 3
Gloss Enhancement & Paint Correction
A ceramic coating is a "magnifying glass" for your paint—it locks in what’s underneath. We use precision machine polishing to remove swirl marks, light scratches, and dullness. This step is where we find that deep, mirror-like shine you’ve been looking for.
STEP 4
Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) Panel Preparation
Before the coating goes on, we perform a clinical wipe-down of every panel. This removes any leftover polishing oils or waxes that could interfere with the coating. By ensuring a 100% bare surface, we guarantee the ceramic shield will stick for years, not just months.
STEP 5
Expert Ceramic Coating Application
Using premium, professional-grade coatings, we carefully apply the ceramic layer by hand. This creates a semi-permanent, hydrophobic barrier that repels water, dirt, and UV rays. We monitor the curing process second-by-second to ensure a level, streak-free finish across the entire vehicle.
STEP 6
Final Quality Check & Curing
The vehicle must remain dry for 12–24 hours to allow the ceramic layer to fully harden into a glass-like shield. This is also the time for a final inspection under high-intensity detailing lights to guarantee a flawless, hydrophobic finish.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will ceramic coating make my car scratch-proof?
No, it is not "scratch-proof," but it is significantly more scratch-resistant than factory paint. The coating creates a hard, glass-like layer (often rated 9H on the pencil hardness scale) that helps prevent minor swirl marks from improper washing. For heavy-duty protection against rock chips and deep scratches, we recommend combining ceramic coating with Paint Protection Film (PPF).
How long will the ceramic coating actually last?
The lifespan depends on the specific product and how well it is maintained. We apply Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light (CSL) and Gtechniq EXO V4. If you would like it to last 3 years then we apply CSL only and the for a full 5 year durability we apply both CSL and EXO V4.
Do I still need to wash my car after it's coated?
Yes. While the coating has hydrophobic "self-cleaning" properties that repel water and dirt, contaminants like bird droppings and road film will still accumulate. However, the slick surface makes the wash process much faster and easier because dirt cannot bond as stubbornly to the paint.
Can I take my coated car through an automatic car wash?
We strongly recommend against using automatic car washes with spinning brushes. The aggressive bristles and harsh chemicals used in these systems can abrade the coating, leading to premature failure and swirl marks. For the best results, stick to a contactless wash or a gentle hand wash using the two-bucket method.
Will ceramic coating hide existing scratches or swirl marks?
Ceramic coatings are transparent and do not act as "fillers" for deep damage. In fact, the high-gloss finish can sometimes make existing defects more visible by locking them under the glass-like layer. This is why we perform a professional paint correction(polishing) before application—to ensure your paint is flawless before it is permanently sealed.
