Our Mobile Requirements & Client Responsibilities
As a fully mobile detailing studio, our ability to perform our craftsmanship safely and efficiently relies on proper on-site conditions.
- Power and Water: Our mobile unit is fully self-contained with its own commercial power generator and filtered water supply. We do not require hookups to your property unless explicitly stated prior to arrival.
- Space and Access: The Client must provide a safe, legal, and suitable workspace (e.g., a private driveway, a secure off-street parking bay, or a spacious garage). We cannot perform deep machine polishing or ceramic coating applications on tight, busy public roads.
- Permits & Restrictions: If the service location requires residential visitor parking permits, estate access codes, or security clearance, it is the Client's absolute responsibility to arrange this prior to our arrival. Any parking fines incurred due to invalid client-provided permits will be billed directly to the Client.
London Charges & Compliance
- ULEZ: Our operations van is entirely ULEZ compliant; no compliance fees will ever be added to your bill.
- Congestion & Parking Charges: If your service location falls within the London Congestion Charge Zone, or requires paid parking wardens/bays, these hard costs will be explicitly outlined during your consultation and added to your final invoice.
Weather Conditions & Rescheduling
High-end paint correction and ceramic coatings require strict environmental thresholds to cure flawlessly.
- Our Protocol: In the event of typical UK inclement weather (extreme rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or direct blistering heatwave conditions) where an outdoor canopy cannot be safely deployed, we reserve the right to reschedule the booking.
- No Penalty: If we must postpone your appointment due to unsafe weather metrics, your deposit will automatically transfer to the next mutually convenient date. We are not liable for any logistical delays caused by force majeure weather events.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We operate by appointment only and allocate a dedicated, significant block of time exclusively to your vehicle asset. Late cancellations severely disrupt our schedule.
- Deposits: A non-refundable booking deposit of [e.g., £50 / 20%] is required to secure your appointment window.
- More than 48 Hours Notice: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your booking time without penalty. Your deposit will be fully transferred to your new date.
- Less than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the immediate forfeiture of your booking deposit.
- Same-Day Cancellations / No-Show: If we arrive at the scheduled location and cannot access the vehicle, or if you cancel on the day of the service, you will be invoiced for [e.g., 50% / 100%] of the remaining total balance of the booked service.
Vehicle Condition & Surcharges
Our online package quotes assume a standard baseline level of vehicle wear and tear.
- Heavy Soiling: If a vehicle's interior is heavily impacted by severe pet hair, mold, biohazards, deep embedded mud, or heavy smoke odor, a surcharge starting from [e.g., £30/hour] will apply.
- Pre-Inspection: We will perform a physical inspection of the vehicle's paintwork and interior layout alongside you upon arrival. Any necessary package modifications or extra surcharges will be agreed upon explicitly before we begin any work.
Liability & Pre-Existing Damage
- Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, including stone chips, clear coat failure, deeply scratched lacquer, loose interior trim, or malfunctioning electronics. We document the entire machine using high-resolution photography before touching the vehicle.
- Insurance: For your absolute peace of mind, we maintain a comprehensive multi-million-pound public liability insurance policy explicitly tailored for the handling and detailing of high-value sports, classic, luxury, and exotic automobiles.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service and handover of the vehicle keys.
